| Ringkasan: | There are lots of problems relating to the delay of approval of conversion and sub division of land in Malaysia. In 1983 YAB Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Musa Hitam had complained about the delay and proposed the approval for conversion and sub division to be within six months. Theses issues appeared again in local newspapers from December 2002 until June 2003 and the writer took the responsibility to study tyhe reason for the delay. It is recommended that the procedures for the approval should be amended to suite the present requirement and steps should be taken to study how developed country solve the problems of delay. |
