A declaration signed by Archibald Hutcheson, Esq : and given to several of his acquaintance, soon after he had perus'd the examination of Christopher Layer in the appendix to the Report of the secret committee, in which Layer has made mention of his name as one of Burford's Club; which the said layer, in his examination, faith, he was told by one Plunket.
