Item Description:	Overture (p. 2-5) arr. for keyboard instrument; the three arias and 1 trio (with recitative) for voice(s) and chamber orchestra are full score. Advertisement under imprint on t.p.: "Where may be had all the Italian operas." An arrangement for the London stage by P. Anfossi; the original opera was first performed at La Scala in 1782, under the title Fra i due litiganti il terzo gode. Libretto based on C. Goldoni's Le nozze. Singers named in captions: Sigra. Dorti (i.e. D'Orta), Sigr. Franchi, and Sigr. Tasca. First performed on 6 January 1784 at the King's Theatre in London. Engraved throughout.
