Continuation of the national emergency with respect to Sudan : message from the President of the United States transmitting notification, consistent with Sec. 202(d) of the National Emergency Act [50 U.S.C. 1622], that the national emergency with respect to Sudan declared in Executive Order 13067 of November 3, 1997, expanded on April 26, 2006 in Executive Order 13400, and the additional steps taken in Executive Order 13412 of October 13, 2006, shall continue in effect for one year, beginning November 3, 2015.
