Granuloma appears in diseases such as Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and Visceral Leishmaniasis. Although granuloma is a host-defense mechanism for containing bacteria, it also contribute to early bacterial growth and shelters the bacteria thus they can spread later and it might be harmful. |
