Fourteen undergraduates were purposefully selected as the participants. Analysis of the data obtained through semi-structured interviews indicated entrepreneurial leadership learning diversity among the students. Furthermore, social interaction, observation, and reflection emerged as the processes that significantly contribute to students’ entrepreneurial leadership learning. |
