| Ringkasan: | This study was conducted to determine the level of planning and preparation for the contents of the Physical Education teacher in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum form four of the strand physical fitness. The instrument was a structured interview checklist form. The sample consisted of 50 teachers who teach physical education options in secondary schools in Gombak District. Findings showed that all items in muscular strength component have mean score at the highest level. Based on the overall mean score, the level of planning and preparation for the Physical Education teacher toward curriculum content is high (m = 4:33; sd = .79). Planning and preparation for the contents of this study include the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and muscular strength. All three of these components are important components in the strand of health related physical fitness. |
