This research is done to evaluate the balance of product flow in terms of the process balance, amount of production, amount of production that can be improved, work place utilization and the dispersion of work load in work place. The research data focus on the production section and it is used to analyze the balance of production flow and how it can help to smoothen the production of products. The simulation that has been
done is based on the collection of cycle time data of each machine for 2 production section. By using Witness Simulation software, it can display the weakness at specific
sections at the production line in terms of time and the dispersion of work load. From this research, an improvement has been suggested, in which a new model that can fix and
improve the flow of production so that it is balanced.
