| Summary: | Nowadays, with the advancement of information technology, all the work can be done easier. Apart from encouraging lifelong in marketing, the online booking environment should also personalize the marketing path of its user. But for the certain company such as company of selling car they do not use online system to manage the car booking. So, to make it easier I propose to develop the online system to make booking of car purchasing system for user which the name is Online Booking Car Purchasing System which is to be testing by Perodua Company. This Online Booking Car Purchasing System (OBCPS) is important because with this online system, it will give benefit especially for the company which is can reduce the man power besides they will get profit by using this system. Besides that, it is also can give benefit for the administrator and also sales distributors to handle the booking process besides it will also give benefit for purchaser to get the information about Perodua product and at the same time they can make the booking process of the car that they want to buy just through online. In addition, by producing this online system, the problem that occurs in the current time will be improved and users do not need to follow much procedure to book the car by manually. Users just can make it through online application. No need to facing the problem which is related to their time, cost of petrol and other else.Besides user can get information about Perodua product services and make a booking process through this online system, they also can give feedback about the services by using this system or any suggestion and comment in chat room page and also in contact page. From here, admin and developer can know how the response from user and if the feedback is positive, its can make sure that the system need to maintain and for the negative feedback, developer can try to improve better performance depend on user feedback. |
