| Summary: | The guide in industrial safety is a crucial manual for a student for them to know
clearly about the practice and management in a safety work. The awareness and
knowledge about industrial safety is the most important factor to achieve the zero
accident target. For this reason, a research was done by testing the level of student
knowledge concerning industrial safety in order to produce the manual. The evaluation
of this manual in terms of content, usefulness and user friendliness concept was
conducted to the Diploma student in Electrical Power in Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim
Muadzam Shah, Jitra. Kedah. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument for this
research. From the analysis done, it shows that the min value in student knowledge is
low medium. For the content, usefulness and user friendliness concept, the result shows
quite high rated agreed. As the conclusion, this manual can be used as a student
assistance to improve their knowledge in safety practice. Hopefully that there will be a
continuous study conducted to improve this manual guide to make it more effective and
efficient. |
