| Summary: | This study is to observe engineering lecturer perception towards effectiveness of
Technique Education and Vocational to fulfill labour market needs. Comparison and
observation are seen in the institution of public and private high studies.
This study is implemented at Technology University College of Tun Hussein Onn
(KUiTTHO) and Malaysian France of Institute (MFI). This study objective is to see
lecturer perception towards effectiveness of Education program of Vocational And
Technical (PTV) that is implemented in both of the institutions. It to find lecturer
perception towards effectiveness of PTV program also to fulfill labour market needs,
factors that influences effectiveness of PTV program, motivation characteristic and
firmness of itself along with steps to reduce labour market necessity problem that can be
carried out towards program of PTV.
Method of study is that be based to form examines to investigate the one who
will is distributed to 120 teaching staff that is considered as study sample that is 60
persons at KUiTTHO and 60 persons at MFI. This study result said tahat this program
of PTV can fulfill labour market needs and student of graduate engineering of able High
Studies to fill labour market as skillful labor Institution. |
