| Summary: | Background: Changes in technology and rapidly increasing complexity of the work in the Malaysian industries have created new demand for skilled knowledge entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the effectiveness of the National Dual Training System (NDTS) in the influence of knowledge training in entrepreneurship courses. The methodology of the study involved respondents were about 90 people from trainee NDTS. The instruments used in this study were a questionnaire. The study focus on companies involved with NDTS business. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. This study used a quasi-experimental methods for the before and after training. This study focused on identifying the effectiveness of knowledge transfer NDTS entrepreneurship in terms of working environment and skills training. The findings showed that the ability to show the effectiveness of the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge transfer is very positive with a mean average of 4:35, while the factors in the work environment is neutral with an average of 3:40 min. The findings also indicate that factors identified as factors that most affect the transfer of knowledge in entrepreneurship is a positive reward factor with a mean average of 4.9. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide input and understanding of the level of entrepreneurship in the knowledge transfer NDTS.
