Description
Summary:The automotive industry in various countries around the world is in different stages of their quality movements. The importance of Quality Management (QM) practices in the achievement of organizational performance has been highlighted in many studies. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship of QM practices and organizational performance between Malaysia and Thailand automotive industry. A conceptual model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been proposed. This model will be used to study the relationship between QM practices and organizational performance for Malaysia and Thailand automotive industries. Based on the proposed conceptual model and reviewed, research hypotheses are being developed. The paper culminates with suggested future research work.
