The objective behind the decision to use English as a medium of instruction is to improve the mastery of the language among educated people in this country. The mastery of English is seen as a matter of the utmost importance to ensure the development of Science and Mathematics knowledge among educated people because all the treasure of knowledge is said to be highly available in English. |
