| Summary: | The research was carried out to survey the students comfort after using the renovated buildings. The aim of the study was also to find out whether the renovated buildings can fulfill its functions, and to determine the effect of building comfort on students concentration. From the analysis, we found that low comfort level in the renovated buildings effected students concentration in learning that led to concentration problem which subsequently effect student's academic performances. The study also found that building renovation works caused some peripheral effects
to KUiTTHO's staffs and students. However, renovation works on building was advisable to solve the problem of insufficient lecture rooms, lecture hans and others as long as renovated buildings can fulfill its functions. Lastly, the general guidelines to carry out building renovation program was produced. |
