தொகுப்பு:The study is implemented to develop a teaching manual for subjects based on the engineering technology curriculum. It is a guide for lecturers in developing teaching and learning material systematically, based on the engineering technology criteria. The manual will assist lectures in implementing teaching in orderly, effective and efficient manner. The study discuss on necessity, content and planning requirements as a part of the whole teaching manual development. Teaching manual is developed to fulfill the engineering technology program, which involve with operational skills and application of engineering methods for solving various technical problems using latest procedure and technology. Method of study conducted is by qualitative analysis of the problem. Research methodology involves with interview and revision of teaching manual document by panel of content experts. Research result from the study realizes the suitability and importance of the teaching manual development in the implementation of programs and activities of teaching and learning process for students in an engineering technology based academic program.
