| Summary: | The study was conducted by researchers to identify women in leadership practices of teachers and principals from selected schools in Sabah. The study is based on the theory of transformational leadership by Kouzes and Posner (2003). The four components of transformational leadership are studied by researchers that the job performance, job satisfaction, job commitment, and job effectiveness. A total of 500 respondents from the five (5) Government Department and five (5) NGOs Non-governmental organizations involved the study in Sabah. The instrument used was a questionnaire and raw data collected were analysed using the software “Statistical Package of Social Science” (SPSS), version for windows 16.0. For each test, a prior significant level was set at p <. 05. Analysis generated descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean and variance of uses in qualitative and quantitative methods. |
