Summary:This study was conducted to identify the effectiveness of the School-Based Teacher Training (LPBS) for Teacher Trainee j-QAF. This study used qualitative methods through an interview conducted on seven respondents. The instrument used was a semi-structure interview, built on the key themes of the study. Among its objectives are the problems faced by them, preparation of teaching and learning, support others, and expectations of Trainees j-QAF for this Teacher Training. The findings of the study was to provide feedback on the effectiveness of School-Based Teacher Training (LPBS) and it is very useful to the MOE, BPG, and the School to plan specific strategies to excel their training
